Magelis via Modbus with Twido

Problem in connection between Magelis (XBT GT4330) and Twido PLC via Modbus. I use XBTZ978 cable. Is it a problem with the cable or with variables? Message on touch screen is: No reply from PLC within Timeout period (ModbusEquipment)... please help me.
