MYTek HMI and Twido help
PLCs and related questions. topic

I have a PLC Twido TWDLMDA20DTK, and I design a HMI with MyTek PV084 TNT. I'm using Modbus protocol for communication and ethernet cable connection, but I don't know what address in Modbus in MyTek for
%M0 - .....?
%Q0 - .....?
%MW0 - ....?
%I0.0 - ...?

I have used %I0.0, 1, 40001 and 400001, but communication has failed. Please help me!! is URGENT!! And give sample like this below because I did it with WAGO PLC. This one - by this way and I did it.

For Wago PLC, by default, all the physical inputs and outputs are read only for Modbus.

%IX0.0, %IX0.1, ... etc => 100001, 100002... etc.
%QX0.0, %QX0.1, ... etc => 100512, 100513... etc.
%IW0, %IW1, ... etc => 300001, 300002... etc.
%QW0, %QW1, ... etc => 300512, 300513... etc.

For Read/Write, please use the %M addresses. Please take note that %M0 is overlapping with %MX0.0 until %MX0.15 (both are the same address).

%MX0.0, %MX0.1, ... etc => 012289, 012290... etc.
%M0, %M1, ... etc => 412289, 412290... etc.

Thanks and please send to my email...

I can't help you with the MYTek HMI, but the Twido will respond to Modbus commands, and do the conversion for you from IEC addressing to Modicon traditional addressing.

Like you said, if you send a Modbus request to read 40001, then the Twido will respond with the contents on %MW0 - note the offset.

Not all drivers support every Modbus command, and most likely you'll only have access to the %M and %MW memory areas in the Twido, but again, this is from the MYTek side (my guess only).

I would focus on reading 40001 and possibly 400001, and see what you get. Still have problems, contact MYtek.

Good luck,
MikeD
