Diris Modbus Address in InTouch
Communications systems and equipment. topic

Can anybody tell me a correct item address and what to type into an InTouch tag to communicate with a Socomec Diris A20 using Modbus? I'm simply trying to read one of the registers from the device for instance 'Phase 2 Current' - according to the supporting Socomec documentation this is held in decimal address '770'.

My instrument address is '1' and I have my serial comms set up as 9600,8,n,1.

I've read that the Wonderware driver DASMBSerial occasionally has problems - so I've tried it with the Kepware server as well but I'm just not getting anywhere the Kepware server kind of forces me to change the address to 40770.

Has anybody achieved this before ??? Also can somebody tell me what the correct wiring should be between the +/- on the Socomec and my comms converter which has TDA/RDA.

Thanks
