SMS3000 and PM800 / CM4000
Hi,
I must add several PM800 and CM4000 into SMS3000.
My problem is that after configuration, no value appears in the "PM popup" in runtime. All the fields are filled with the message "COM LOSS".
I compared my parameters with another PM (already defined) present in the system.
I also read the online help of the application. However, I cannot respect all the different steps. Because, in some tab, the fields are disabled.
Did s.o. already have this reaction ?
