Modbus to HART converter ? 
I googled hard and came up with no result for Serial/Modbus converter to HART but there are millions of hits for HART to Modbus.Why ?

Check out the Modbus Organization's Modbus Device Directory (http://www.modbus.org/devices.php). There are several Modbus-Hart gateways listed on the site from several vendors. Prosoft might be a good place to start...
