Interface Siemens S7-313C PLC with ABB AC800M + compact HMI

Can I interface the Siemens S7-313C PLC to ABB AC800M (PM856 CPU) + compact HMI through MODBUS?

Yes, you can if you wish. No, you don't require any other methods.
I assume your S7-313C PLC has a MODBUS slave option? The AC800M CPU has a single in-built serial comms port and supports MODBUS master. However, I would recommend that you use a separate Serial Port communication module in the AC800M.
Of course there are other options if you want to use them. It really depends on how much data you want to transfer and what you want to do with that data.
