SER Software for Modicon ERT854
I would like to use the Modicon ERT854 for 1ms time stamping. Can anybody suggest a PC based software to collect & log the data from the Modules to a PC?

No no no no.... That module is a "rack-module" only for Quantum PLC. So you need at least one rack, one power supply, one CPU and the ERT modules, all Schneider Modicon.
In the end the answer to your question is: any software that could connect to Quantum CPU. Quantum has a RS232/485 port with Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol or a RS485 port with Modbus PLUS protocol. Depending on the CPU even an Ethernet port with Modbus TCP protocol
