Delta PLC Communication Issue

we are communicating 15 nos of Delta PLC DVP 28SV (Modbus TCP Servers) with our Modbus TCP Client device NT100-RE-EN.
Communication is OK

But if Delta PLCs are Powered OFF & made ON then, communication between our device Modbus tcp client & delta PLC is totally lost. we required to power reset our client device..
we don't know why this happens??

Anybody has experience with this Delta PLC?
