Bently Nevada Module 3500/61

We have observed that there is a typical problem with temperature tags which are wired to 3500/61 module. When temperature is simulated from field using a decade box, the display on the laptop/PLC (Connected over MODBUS) does not update in decimal. It updates in Integer value only. Any solution?
