I am looking for an ultrasonic type flowmeter that has a built in serial port through which I can transmit both instantaneous and total flow back to an HMI (trying to avoid putting a PLC in the field)...

Master (Magelis terminal XBT-F) connected to slaves ((3) drives ATV58 and a PLC tsx37 using modbus rs-485). Can I transfer atv58 data to the plc and plc data to atv 58 using the magelis?

I was told that there is software tool which may work with some HMI packages to help you create tags efficiently. For example, you can just drag a PUMP and drop into your definition and the tool will create all the tags and alarms associated with the pump for you . Does anyone know who may have the tool ?

Is anyone aware of a product which acts like a an OPC protocol analyser. That is it monitors OPC traffic and provides logs of all transactions. It would preferably need to work even when OPC was used for interprocess communications within a single PC.

I'm using Cimplicity as my HMI to a control system that uses ModbusTCP as the network protocol. Using the driver in the "non-quantum" mode the data transfer works fine but I can't limit the block size requests. My Modbus "slave" device can only handle block sizes under 64 bytes. Has anyone hit/solved this problem?

I am interested in connecting some small touch screens to a RS232 port on a PC. I also would like information on any software available to control the output to these screens.
