Hi,

Currently I am working on FlowBoss s600 flow computer. I am communicating S600 (MB master) on modbus RTU protocol with my third party device (MB slave, typically it is simulator on PC right now).

I am able to read and write real parameters through Modbus on S600. I am also able to read coil parameters on S600, but I am not able to write the coil parameters on slave (simulator).

I have tried function code 5 and 15 both but could not solve the problem.

Can anybody help me out?

    Hello,

    1. Download the MODBUS TCP/IP or serial slave simulator at
    http://www.peakhmi.com/.

    2. Execute your coil write to the simulator.

    This will validate your code.

If it does not work post your write command stream, in hex, and I will look at it.

    Ciao,

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I tried all those things but couldn't succeed. I want to know, has anybody done this thing in the past? If yes, then how?
